Another delish menu idea!

Thanks Michelle for reminding me about one of the best little breakfasts! 210 calories of yummy, 1 cup of Special K Red Berries (110) with 1 container Vanilla Yoplait (110) or if you have access to the Greek God's Yogurt, the honey flavored is the best yogurt in the world!

If you're going to be doing a lot of cardio, an awesome breakfast is 1/4 c. of dry old fashioned oats, with 1/2 c. water micro'd for two minutes, add 1 T almond or peanut butter (all natural) and half-full container of the 6 oz greek yogurt and some blueberries. You have carbs, fiber, fat and protein all in one delish and VERY filling breakfast!
